Hypertension, what we know so far

Hypertension, commonly known as high blood pressure, has a long and intriguing history dating back centuries. I’m sure we can all resonate with pink ribbons often donned in October, especially by people in the healthcare industry. Cervical Cancer is the fourth most common cancer in women globally with around 660,000 new cases and around 350,000 deaths in 2022 (WHO) .Like most forms of cancer, cervical cancer is largely preventable through HPV Vaccination and regular screening (as recommended by national guidelines). However, it is curable if detected early and treatment promptly.Screening is only as good as the tools used to perform it.
