Installation and training on all the equipment that we supply is carried out by our factory trained biomedical engineers/application specialists at the customers’ site or in our purpose built laboratory and training facility. After installation, actual equipment tests will be done to verify that the equipment is working properly and delivering quality results.
Training is also carried out by our factory trained biomedical engineers/application specialists at the customers’ site or in our purpose built laboratory and training facility. The training covers Usage of the equipment, to help the client fully utilize the equipment and Basic maintenance to ensure prolonged lifespan of the equipment.
During training Manuals and Troubleshooting Guides are offered to assist customers on best usage practices.

Maintenance and Service.
Our team of experienced Biomedical Engineers is at hand to provide you with advice, preventive maintenance and repair of your medical equipment within the shortest time possible.On offer are two types of service contracts with an option for on-call service.
- Comprehensive Service Contracts
This is an agreement that covers the aspects pertaining to preventive maintenance, repair or service and covers labour, transport, accommodation, spares and all other miscellaneous expenses.
- Standard Service Contracts
This is an agreement that covers all the aspects pertaining to preventive maintenance, Repair or service except for the cost of spares if needed.
- On-call Service/Repair
This is where a customer calls to request for a service and pays for all the expenses incurred during that particular visit.
